Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Once an order is received, please allow up to 2-4 business days for it to be processed and shipped out. A shipping confirmation email, as well as a tracking number will be sent as soon as it ships.
USPS First Class shipping typically takes 2-5 business days
Shipping times and costs will be calculated at check-out.
*Please note that shipping time is in addition to fulfillment time.
If a package does not arrive, is damaged, or is lost in transit, please notify us within 30 days of shipping so we can assist you to the best of our ability.

Return Policy

Returns or exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase.

Please contact us at info@theotokoskids.com for instructions on how to return your product. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. Price adjustments cannot be offered on previous purchases. If an item arrives damaged, we’ll happily replace it for you. Please email us at info@theotokoskids.com with your name, order number and a photo and description of the defect within 15 days of receiving your order for a replacement.
